"Each of these herbs were chosen with intent to nourish the body, balance hormones, support uterine tone, build the blood and support a healthy stress response. Added fennel and fenugreek to support milk production! A nourishing blend for all, but especially pre and post pregnancy mommas. Regular use of nutritive, nervine herbs can help support a healthy stress response, build resistance to everyday stressors and anxieties and over all increases our bodies ability to relax. This is a very mineral rich tea and in order to pull the minerals, you really need a good long steep. We recommend a minimum of 15min but to make a really good strong infusion, try leaving it to steep overnight!
Please note, this is a pre and post conception tonic. Red Raspberry is not safe for the first trimester, but may be continued in the second trimester."

Ingredients: Nettle, Alfalfa, Milky Oats, Raspberry Leaf, Rose Petal, Lemon Balm, Mountain Mint, Fennel, Fenugreek, Ginger & Chamomile.
Suggested Dose: 1 tsp. per 8oz steeped a minimum of 15 min. We suggest a longer steep to pull the vitamins & minerals. Leaving it over night or for 4 hours will yield the best results.
